West End Group was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the refurbishment of educational spaces at Andover College to accommodate new Business T-Level teaching facilities. The works were delivered in two phases and included full internal redecoration, new flooring, ceiling tile replacements, mechanical and electrical services adaptations, installation of glazed screens, new internal and external door sets (including a new canopy), and fitted and loose furniture.
The scheme was delivered in a live, operational college environment with specific works phased to accommodate staff, student safety, and safeguarding requirements. Site boundaries, deliveries, welfare, and fire arrangements were coordinated with the college Premises Team. Strict compliance with CDM 2015 was maintained, including provision for asbestos awareness, live services protocols, and control of dust, noise, and vibration in sensitive learning environments.
